Qi Gong For Everyone is a beautiful, gentle, all-levels born from this ancient Chinese practice that dates back thousands of years. This unique practice was cultivated to invite a synergy between breathe-body-mind where we strengthen the environment of the body: build the life-force energy, clear stress, tension & stagnation, and increase circulation throughout the body. In a nutshell, this moving mediation practice invites us to take charge of our own health and discover the inner 'FULL POWER' to help heal, strengthen and cleanse while achieving a mesmerizing state of calm and relaxation.
This 1-hour class is a fusion and integration of various styles of Qi Gong where we explore: breathing techniques, awakening Qi, calming flows, deep stretches, transformative postures and soothing meditation. Supported by mellow and tranquil soundtrack, this is the perfect opportunity to give your mind, body and soul much-deserved CALM as we recharge, rebalance and rejuvenate.
